氧煤燃烧器内湍流气固两相流动数值模拟

摘    要:借助FLUENT CFD软件平台,以套筒式燃烧器为研究对象,根据其结构参数,利用数值计算程序对高炉燃烧器内的湍流气固两相流动、传热和燃烧进行了数值模拟.计算结果描绘出了氧煤燃烧器内的两相流场、温度场、挥发分浓度场和组分浓度场等,并对模拟结果进行了分析,为优选燃烧器的结构尺寸和流动参数提供了重要依据.

Abstract:In this thesis,fluent can be used for sleeve combustor simulation.Turbulent gas-solid two-phase flow,heat transfer and combustion in oxygen-coal combustor are simulated with the numerical simulation program based on the boiler's structure parameter.Two-phase flow field,temperature field,density distribution and solicit distribution in oxygen-coal combustor are described according to the calculation results.Analysis of result of simulation gives the basis for optimizing the geometrical sizes and flow parameters.
