气泡雾化喷嘴雾化特性实验

摘    要:利用Malvern2600/3600型激光散射粒度仪对三种不同结构的气泡雾化喷嘴的雾化特性进行了实验研究,并进行了理论分析。实验发现影响喷嘴雾化特性的主要因素有空气注入压力、空气注入截面积、气液质量流量比、出口截面积和液体流量。提高空气注入压力和气液质量流量比、增大空气注入截面积可改善雾化效果,出口截面积和液体流量的增大则降低雾化质量。三种喷嘴中,A型更适合于工业应用。

Abstract:The spray characteristics of three types of effervescent atomizers are studied in this investigation by a Malvern 2600/3600 particle size analyzer.According to the results of the experiments we found that the atomization quality was influenced by the pressure of air,the area of air injector,the ratio of mass air/liquid,the area of the exit orifice and the mass flow rate of liquid.Increasing the pressure of air,the area of air injector and the ratio of mass air/liquid could improve the atomization performances,but the increase of the area of the exit orifice and mass flow rate of liquid would make the atomization quality bad.Of the three types of atomizers atomizer A is suitable for using in industry.
