聚乙二醇抑制机理研究

摘    要:用常规页岩回收率方法探讨了聚乙二醇的页岩抑制作用,并用磷钼酸沉淀法测定了聚乙二醇(M=10000)在新疆土上的吸附量。实验表明,单一聚乙二醇在水中无抑制作用,在1mol/L NaCl中抑制效果也很差。但当聚乙二醇与1mol/L KCl或饱和盐水配合使用时,却对泥页岩有较强的抑制作用。聚乙二醇对粘土的亲和力很强,在水中吸附可超过100%。

Abstract:The inhibition property of polyethylene glycol to shale is discussed by determining the shale recovery ratio. Polyethylene glycol possesses good affinity to clay (adsorbance in water is over 100%). Laboratory tests indicate that polyethylene glycol does not possess the inhibition property in water or in 1 mol/L sodium chloride. But polyethylene glycol solut-ing in 1 mol/L potassium chloride or in saturated sodium chloride possesses the advantage of good inhibition characteristic,low toxicity and low environment pollution. The inhibition mechanism of polyethylene glycol is also analyzed.
