柞蚕丝织物酸碱条件下水解老化过程的结构分析

摘    要:利用X射线衍射仪、衰减全反射红外光谱仪、扫描电镜等手段及红外光谱去卷积计算蛋白质二级结构的方法,研究了柞蚕丝织物酸碱条件下水解老化的结构变化.结果表明:老化时间加长会导致无规结构含量的增多与β-折叠结构含量的降低;酸性条件下水解时α-螺旋结构含量小于碱性条件水解时的α-螺旋结构含量.

Abstract:By XRD, ATR, SEM and IR-deconvolution method for calculation of the protein secondary structure, the conformation changes for aging silk fabric at different pH conditions were studied. It was shown that the content of random coil increased and the content of β-sheet structure decreased as the aging-time incereaed. The content of a-helix structure in acidic hydrolysis conditions was less than that in alkaline hydrolysis conditions.
