柴油机实行复合燃烧的试验研究

摘    要:以柴油机为基础。以LPG或甲醇作为预混合燃料,与喷入的柴油组成部分预混的复合燃烧,大幅度降低了发动排气烟度,同时使氮氧化物排放得到一定改善,发动机的比油耗优于原柴油机,而排气中的未燃烃HC和CO的浓度有所提高,甲醇比LPG具有降低烟度效果更好、氮氧化物降低更多和HC排放相对较低的优越性。

Abstract:In a diesel engine, by means of the compound combustion with the LPG or methanol and diesel as the premixed fuel, the exhaust smoke intensity can be reduced greatly, and emission of NO x can be reduced slitghtly,the specific fuel consumption even is lower than the original one, while the emission of HC and CO increase slightly.As comparing with LGP,the methanol has advantage of reduced the exhaust smoke intensity, emission of NO x and HC more effectively.
