| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了一种新的数字式定温热偶真空计，它具有精度高、工作可靠、结构简单、操作方便等优点。文中具体阐述了微机系统的工作原理，并提供了结构原理框图。概述了研制中的关键技术问题，即用微机软件对非线性进行补偿的方法。最后介绍了该真空计的主要算法及应用实例。

| Abstract: | This paper introduced a new type of digital constant temperature ther-mocouple vacuum gauge. It is featured with high accuracy,reliable performance,simple construction and ease of operation. The working principle of the microcomput=er is described and the block diagram of it have been provided. Key technical points inthe development of the instrument are briefly discussed. A method of compensatingthe non--linearity by means of microprocessor software is described. The mainlv al-gorism and some examples in application of the instrument are also given. |
