摘    要:针对某变电站35 kV 3AP1-FG型断路器合闸后自动分闸事件,通过对异常断路器进行停电解体检查,分析断路器合闸后自动分闸的主要原因为断路器脱扣线圈顶杆歪斜,引起顶杆卡涩,从而导致分闸棘爪处于触发状态。针对存在的问题,给出了相应的处理方法及防范措施。

Abstract:Aiming at the automatic trip event of 35 kV 3AP1-FG Type breaker after its closing, and by disassemble inspection of the abnormal breaker after outage, it is analyzed that main reason of the automatic trip was the deflection of the tripping coil ejector pin which caused the stuck of the ejector pin and then caused the tripping pawl in its trigger status. Treatment methods and preventive measures are proposed according the problem.
