探讨大型商业综合体对电网规划建设的影响

大型商业综合体作为城市化进程的新兴产物,其建筑面积大、用电容量大、供电可靠性要求高、入驻速度快、建设周期短等特点对城市电网规划建设提出了新的要求。通过对南宁市现有大型商业综合体的负荷特性进行分析,预测了未来3年大型商业综合体数量增长所带来的负荷增长。大型商业综合体的入驻给城市电网规划建设带来了规划变动频繁导致电网规划适应度较差等3个方面问题,对此提出相应的电网规划建设应对举措。

Discussion on Influence of Large Commercial Complex on the Planning and Construction of Power Grid

Large commercial complex is a new product of city urbanization process, and it＇ s characteristics such as large building area, large electric capacity, high power supply reliability requirement, high settlement speed, short construction period and so on put forward new requirements for the planning and construction of city power grid. Load characteristics of available large commercial complexes in Nanning city are analyzed and the load increase along with the number increase of large commercial complex in next 3 years is predicted. Three problems is brought to the city power grid planning and construction by the entering of large commercial complex including the worse fitness of power grid planning caused by the frequent change of planning. Corresponding measures for power grid planning and construction are proposed.
