摘    要:分析一起造成线路元件严重损坏的35 kV线路故障原因并提出防范措施。通过运用多专业知识综合分析判断录波图与故障现象、设备损坏之间的有机联系,判断35 kV金百线发生的是相间接地短路故障而不是普通单相接地故障。针对事故过程暴露出的线路避雷器安装位置错误等问题,提出了35 kV及以下中性点不直接接地系统应选择其中一相线路不安装线路避雷器等防范措施。

Abstract:The reason of a 35 kV line fault which caused severe damages of line components are analyzed and preventive measures are proposed. Organic relations among recorder graphs, fault phonemes and damage devices are analyzed and judged comprehensively by applying multi professional knowledge. It is judged that the fault of 35 kV Jinbai line is not a simple single phase ground short circuit fault but an interphase ground short circuit fault. Aiming at problems exposed in the fault process such as the wrong installation position of line arrester and so on, preventive measures are proposed including one phase of the line should be chosen not to be installed the line arrester in the 35 kV and below voltage non-direct ground neutral system.
