浅谈汽轮机配汽方式优化技术

摘    要:为了提高国投钦州发电有限公司机组运行经济性,达到节能降耗的目的,有必要对630 MW汽轮机组配汽方式进行优化。通过从多方面对各配汽方式进行比较,最终采用东汽厂的配汽方式进行优化改造。该配汽方式结合了复合配汽与顺序配汽2种方式,通过对汽轮机阀门曲线、滑压曲线进行修正,并对汽轮机控制系统逻辑进行修改,实现了汽轮机新、旧阀序的完美结合。改造后,机组安全性能指标未受任何影响,且机组在顺阀状态下阀门的节流损失减少,为电厂降本增效带来了较大经济效益。

Abstract:In order to improve the generator operation economical efficiency in SDIC Qinzhou Electric Power Co., Ltd., and to achieve the purpose of energy saving and consumption reduction, the steam distribution mode of 630 MW steam turbine generator unit should be optimized. By comparing steam distribution modes from different aspects, the steam distribution mode in Dongqi plant is adopted at last for the optimal modification. The steam distribution mode is combined with the composite steam distribution and sequence steam distribution. The perfect combination of old and new valve sequence is realized by correcting the valve curve of steam turbine and the sliding pressure curve and by modifying the control system logic of steam turbine. The security performance index of generator is not 'affected and the valve throttling loss of the generator is reduced under the sequence valve status, which brings great economic benefit for the cost reduction and benefit increasing of plant.
