摘    要:针对《电力建设工程预算定额(2013年版)》第四册输电线路工程使用中发现的跨越架设定额调整问题,通过分析和探讨,对定额调整方法提出改进建议,使其更符合工程实际。以单回、双回220 kV电力线跨越一般公路、低压和弱电线的定额调整计算为实例进行测算和对比,分析调整系数与调整结果之间的关系。对于多回电力线路的跨越架设定额,采用累加法计算"同一子目出现两种及以上调整系数"时,多回电力线跨越并未呈现出与单回电力线跨越相同的规律性。多回电力线路跨越架设定额调整系数的计算不适用累加法,更宜采用累乘法。

Abstract:Aiming at the norm adjustment problem of crossing construction found in the usage of the Unit 4 Transmission Line Project in 〈 Electric Power Construction Project Detailed Budget Estimate Norm (The 2013 Edition)〉, modification suggestions on the norm adjustment method are proposed which are more accordance with project practice after analysis and discussion. Norm adjustment calculations of single-circuit and double-circuit 220kV electric line crossing normal road and lines of low voltage and weak current are taken as examples to be tested and compared, and relations between the adjustment coefficient and the adjustment result are analyzed. Multi-circuit electric line crossing has not show the same regularity as single-circuit electric line crossing, when the cumulative method are used to calculate "two and above adjustment coefficients appeared in the same sub item" for the norm adjustment of crossing construction of multi-circuit electric line. The cumulative method is not suitable to calculate the norm adjustment coefficient of crossing construction of multi-circuit electric line, and the muhiplicative method is more suitable.
