摘    要:为研究弛豫铁电单晶PMN-32PT电畴在电场下的极化反转,利用偏光显微镜研究了电场下001]cub切型PMN-32PT单晶电畴组态的变化,建立了极化反转模型.在001]cub单晶切片中,当电场强度达到4kV/cm时,电畴开始极化反转,出现平行于电场方向的畴壁,畴壁沿垂直自身的方向运动,畴壁的运动实际是畴的横向扩张;当电场强度增至6kV/cm时,畴壁消失,又出现垂直于电场方向的新畴壁;而电场强度进一步增至10kV/cm时,新畴壁也消失,且电畴消光,这表明多畴已单畴化.

The Polarization Reversal of Relaxor PMN-32PT Single Crystal in Electrical Field Along [001]cub

Abstract:In order to study the domain switching in PMN-32PT single crystals, the domain configuration of 001]cub oriented relaxor-based PMN-32PT single crystal was observed under an external electric field by means of polarizing microscope, and a model for domain switching was established. It was found that the domains began to switch when the electric field was 4 kV/cm. The orientation of the domain walls was parallel to the direction of the electrical field. The domain walls moved in the direction vertical to themselves. The movement was actually the lateral magnification of the domains. As the electric field increased to 6 kV/cm, the domain walls disappeared, but many new domain walls normal to the direction of the electrical field. When the electrical field increased to 10 kV/cm, the new domain walls disappeared also, and the crystal reached total optical extinction, which indicated that the complex domain configuration became a mono-domain state.
