| Abstract: | The relative reactivity of ethane and ethylene compared to methane over the Ca/Ni/K catalyst was determined. The reactivities are in the order of ethylene > ethane  methane. The catalyst was also studied using temperature-programmed reaction, desorption and decomposition. |
