Abstract:Fundamental principles of resonant intake system are analysed andthe methods for predicting the frequency,resonance speeds,intake pressure wave andengine charging efficiency are discussed in this paper.The resonant intake system for6102 carburetted engine has been developed.And the effects of intake resonance onengine combustion and performance are also approached.
