回转窑液压挡轮装置结构分析及运用

摘    要:目前,很多现场液压挡轮装置的轴承经常损坏,影响回转窑的正常运转。针对这一问题,从设计结构出发,对液压挡轮轴承的受力进行了计算分析,在此基础上,形成了优化后的三支撑结构液压挡轮装置。实际应用表明,该支撑结构增强了挡轮装置对回转窑各种工况适应性,延长了轴承的使用寿命.效果较好。

Abstract:Many bearings of hydraulic roller device often damage at site and affect normal operation of rotary kiln. In order to solve the problem, based on starting from design structure and analysing the calculation of hydraulic bearing force , the three supporting structure of optimized hydraulic roller device forms . Practical application shows that the support structure enhances the adaptability to different rotary kiln situations of roller device and extends service life of the bearing with better effect.
