煤矿机电安全管理系统优化分析

摘    要:通过对煤矿机电设备常见故障的原因分析,指出故障率高、稳定性差、维护成本大等多方面的因素影响,同时存在机电设备管理存在的制度制定有缺项、执行不到位、仓储设备管理不规范等混乱的现状,总结出健全维修管理制度、提高定点式精细管理、提高采购质量管理等方面的合理化建议,并在实践应用中取得良好的效果,为矿井供电系统稳定运行提供了经验。

Abstract:By analyzing the causes of common failures of coal mine mechanical and electrical equipment,this paper points out that there are many factors in coal mine mechanical and electrical equipment,such as high failure rate,poor stability,high maintenance cost,etc.,and there are also some chaotic situations,such as lack of system formulation,poor implementation,nonstandard storage equipment management,etc.Some reasonable suggestions are put forward,such as improving the maintenance management system,improving the fixed-point fine management,and improving the procurement quality management,and achieved good results in practical application,which provide experience for the stable operation of mine power supply system.
