跨河反虹涵管设计方案比选及施工实例

摘    要:通过某灌区项目跨河涵管设计方案由现浇混凝土管变为沉管的讨论、变更过程,详细阐述了跨河反虹涵管采用沉管法的优劣;同时,通过详细阐述沉管主要施工过程,介绍了沉管施工的一般施工工艺和主要质量控制方法,对类似项目的实施有一定参考价值。

Abstract:Cross river inverted siphon culvert pipe is an important part in the construction of irrigation improvement, small watershed management and other livelihood projects. Immersed tube method is widely applied to river crossing culvert construction because of short construction period, less construction risk and investment. Through an irrigation project of cross-river culvert design scheme, the replacement of cast-in-place concrete tube with immersed tube has been discussed. The pros and cons of the immersed tube method have been explained in details. At the same time, through the elaboration of the immersed tube construction process, the general process and main quality control method of the sinking construction have been introduced, which can used as a certain reference value for similar project implementation.
