摘    要:针对常规硫化锌精矿一段加压浸出釜外中和—氧化—黄钾铁矾法除铁工艺流程冗长、作业时间长、能耗大等问题,提出了硫化锌精矿氧压酸浸液釜内中和除铁的新工艺。即在一台压力釜内完成硫化锌精矿的浸出后,借助其内部温度、氧化气氛等条件,结合新加入的氧化锌物料和碱盐的作用将浸出液中铁脱除,除铁后的浸出液经液固分离上清液达到中性上清液质量标准,可直接供净化工序除杂。通过生产实践表明该工艺可行,且经济效益显著。

Abstract:The new neutralization iron removal process of zinc sulfide concentrate by oxygen pressure acid leach solution inside the vessel is proposed based on the conventional neutralizationoxidationJarosite process outside the vessel of the zinc sulfide concentrate for one section pressure leaching of iron removal, which has the lengthy process flow, the long operation time, large energy consumption and the other problems. It means after the zinc sulfide concentrate leaching is finished inside one pressure vessel, the iron shall be removed from the leaching liquid under the action of newly added zinc oxide materials and alkali salt with the help of the temperature, oxidation atmosphere and the other conditions inside the pressure vessel; The leaching liquid without the iron shall do the liquid-solid separation process, which liquid supernatant can reach to the quality standard of neutral liquid supernatant that can be used directly to purification working procedure to remove the impurities. The production practice shows this process is feasible and it has the remarkable economic benefit.
