银基电刷材料的摩擦磨损性能研究

摘    要:研究了碳-银基复合材料与铜银钒合金所组成的摩擦副的摩擦磨损过程,讨论了银基复合材料的成分和组织对摩擦磨损性能的影响,利用SEM对磨损表面进行了分析。结果表明,石墨和碳纤维均能提高复合材料电刷的磨损性能,添加的合金元素的质量分数在6%~9%之间时,电刷具有良好的耐磨性能和导电性能。

Abstract:The friction wear process of carbon-silver matrix and copper silver vanadium alloy and the effects of composition, microstructure of silver matrix on the friction wear performance were studied in this paper. The pattern of wear surface of brush was observed with SEM. The results show that the graphite and carbon fiber can increase the wearing properties of silver matrix brush material, and when the addition of copper is between 6%and 9%, the composite exhibits the best wear properties and electrical conductivity.
