轴流式转轮叶片优化设计数学模型的建立

摘    要:本文采用最优化原理和CAD技术,对轴流式水轮机转轮叶片优化水力设计进行了理论分析和应用研究。在转轮翼栅流体动力学理论分析基础上,建立了反映轴流式转轮叶片几何参数(l/t,dB,s等),工作参数(n1,Q1,H,D1等)与特性指标(ns、σ等)之间变化关系的多目标约束非线性规划的优化水力设计数学模型。

Abstract:One of the most important enery resources is bydraulic power station, a mehod of the optimalhydraulic deign and CAD application of axial flow hydraulic tulbine's runner blades are discussed on the basisof optimization principle and CAD technique in this paper.Based on a fluid dynamics theory, blabe's maingeometryparameters,working parameters and performances and the relation between them is ata analysed, the mathematical model of axial flow runner's opimum hydraulic design has been established.Through the nonlinear Programming,the problems can be solved. By making use of the calculation geometry and comprtergraphics, to combine the distribution method of the singular points, an CAD applied software, and an optimal hydraulic design methed are presented
