摘    要:建立了气相色谱法同时测定婴幼儿奶粉中的DHA,EPA,亚油酸,亚麻酸和花生四烯酸AA含量的方法。采用色谱柱为脂肪酸型色谱柱DB-23,氢火焰离子化检测器(FID),优化了色谱条件。结果表明,DHA,EPA,亚油酸,亚麻酸和花生四烯酸AA分离效果很好。DHA的最低检出限为0.02g/L,回收率为99.8%,变异系数为0.88%;EPA的最低检出限为0.01g/L,回收率为94.9%,变异系数为1.01%;亚油酸的最低检出限为0.02g/L,回收率为97.7%,变异系数为0.80%;亚麻酸的最低检出限为0.01g/L,回收率为99.9%,变异系数为0.95%;AA的最低检出限为0.01g/L,回收率为98.9%,变异系数为0.93%。

Abstract:A method for determination of DHA, EPA, linoleic acid, linolenic acid and AA in infant formula milk powder by GC is reported.A fat acid testing column DB-23 with FID was used to determine.The optimization condition on determination was studied.DHA, EPA, l inoleic acid,linolenic acid and AA were separated absolutely in once time.The minimum detectable value of DHA is 0.02 g/L.coefficient of variation is 0.88 %, recovery rate is 99.8 %.The minimum detectable value of EPA is 0.01 g/L,coefficient of variation is 1.01%, recovery rate is 94.9 %.The minimum detectable value of linoleic acid is 0.02 g/L ,coefficient of variation is 0.80 %, recovery rate is 97.7 %.The minimum detectable value of linolenic acid is 0.01 g/L,coefficient of variation is 0.95 % , recovery rate is 99.9 %.The minimum detectable value of AA is 0.01 g/L.coefficient of variation is 0.93 %, recovery rate is 98.9 %.
