摘    要:通过对制氢装置进行扩能改造 ,将焦化干气等炼厂气引入作制氢原料 ,实现制氢原料气体化 ,这不仅降低了制氢装置的生产成本 ,为加氢裂化、加氢精制等用氢装置的挖潜增效奠定了基础 ,而且提高了炼厂干气利用率 ,减少火炬排放 ,实现清洁生产。

Abstract:Through revamping hydrogen production unit to enlarge capacity, coker gas was introduced for actualizing gas as feedstock. This not only reduced the production cost of the unit but also laid a foundation for tapping the potentialities and increasing the efficiency of hydrocraker and hydrofining units. The utilization of refinery dry gas was enhanced and the flare exhaust was reduced, thus clean production was realized.
