摘 要: | 在蒸汽吞吐和蒸汽驱的热采井中,热抽期间井下温度一般可达200℃左右,抽油泵衬套和柱塞受热体积膨胀不均,使泵间隙减小。试验测量表明,普通泵泵间隙减小0.01~0.03mm。因此,在选择抽油泵间隙时,热采井比非热采井应大0.02~0.03mm为宜。

Abstract: | By huff-and-puff or steam-drive recovery, the downhole temperature is generally up to 200 ℃ or so, the expansion amounts of the liner and plunger of the subsurface pump are not equal, so the pump clearance will be reduced by 0.01-0.03mm. It is recommended that the selected clearance of a pump for thermal recovery well should be 0.02-0.03mm larger than that for non-thermal-recovery well. |
