| Abstract: | The citric acid in fermentation aqeous solution was purified by the alkylamine.In this paper,the eqilibrium relations and grades were studied on the extraction and the back-extraction for the citric acid.The technological conditions suited to industrial product were also determined by means of perpendicular experiment method. |
