石墨/TiC、石墨/TiB2复合电极材料的研制

摘    要:在不同的熔融介质中,分别制得了石墨/TiC和石墨/TiB2复合电极材料。实验结果表明, TiC和TiB_2的生成反应主要受离子通过产物层的扩散步骤控制。扫描电镜分析表明,TiC产物层和TiB2产物层与石墨基体结合致密,但产物层不够均匀。

Abstract:The composite materials Graphite/Tic and Graphite/TiB2 were prepared in different kinds of molten salt media. Experimental results show that the rate of the synthesis reaction is mainly controlled by the ion diffusing through the product shell. According to the results of Scanning Elctronic Microscopy(SEM), the product layer adheres solidlys to the graphite substrate, even though the product layer is not uniform enough.
