摘    要:该系统利用INTERNET技术、数据库技术、GIS技术,实现了对城市中各监测子站的环境空气质量状况信息的远程实时传输,并将传送过来的数据进行处理和分析,本文主要描述济南市空气质量实时监测信息系统的开发流程,给出本系统的结构框架和实现的主要功能,最后给出了本系统的安全性和使用情况。

Abstract:In this paper a real-time system is introduced on monitoring information of Jinan city air quality. The system is based on such technologies as INTERNET, Database and GIS etc. By network, the air quality data and the running state information coming from the monitor equipment of substation located somewhere in the city can be transmited to the center station database server on real-time. By using the system, the data of the air quality of the Jinan city can be managed and analysed. In this paper development was descmbed, and introduce the architecture and important functions of the system, and the security and using effection of the system was given.
