摘 要: | 石灰石的品质决定PVC的品质.因此,前期要对石灰石进行一些检测,比如其中的钙镁含量、二氧化硅含量、铁含量,以此保证所用石灰石是否可以用来生产电石,进而是否适合生产PVC.文章主要介绍了邻菲罗啉方法检测电石用石灰石中的铁含量,选取三组试验作为实验结果讨论,结果证明本样品中铁氧化物的含量小于0.8%,符合后续生产要求.

Abstract: | The quality of limestone decides quality of PVC. So some tests should be done to determine the limestone in the early period, such as the calcium and magnesium content, silica con- tent and iron content, which ensured the limestone using for the phenanthroline production. Further- more it was suitable to be used for the PVC production. The phenanthroline method for detecting i- ron content in limestone for carbide was mainly introduced in the article. Three groups of test were chosen for the trial results discussion. The results proved that the iron oxide content in the sample is less than 0. 8%, which can meet the requirements of subsequent production. |
