| Abstract: | In this paper a production system is set up for continuous preparation and autocontrol of emulsion explosives by combining the existing CRHL type continuous process and apparatus for preparation of emulsion explosives with TMC-80A industrial control microcomputer. The industrial practices have shown that the continuous autocontrol system is stable and reliable in operation. The produced emulsion explosives are of high quality, and the control accuracy of flow rate and temperature was found to be hIgh. |
