| 摘 要： | 本文建立了离子色谱法测定水产配合饲料中氟离子含量的测定方法。结果表明,F-测定的线性范围为1.00～50.00mg/L,相关系数为0.9991,峰面积和保留时间的RSD分别为1.91%和0.18%,检出限为5×10-4mg/L(3σ),该方法具有准确、简便等优点,可用于水产配合饲料中氟离子的检测。

| Abstract: | A new method of quantitative detection of fluorin anion in aquatic formula feed has been developed.The F-ion concentration with in a range of 1.00～50.00mg/L has a good linear relation,the coeffidient is 0.9991.The RSD of peak area and retention time is 1.91% and 0.18%,The detection limit was 5×10-4mg/L （3σ）.The method had accurate result and simply operation.It has been adapt to determinate fluorin anion in aquatic compound feed. |
