基于OpenGL的三维表面轮廓仿真

摘    要:在保证X—Y水平方向精度的前提下.采用激光干涉式的三维表面轮廓仪来获取三维券面轮廓信息,然后建立了一种基于OpenGL的三维仿真模型,对三维表面形貌进行了更加真实再现。通过实际的测量,结果表明该模型具有可视化程度高、立体感效果好、信息量足、实用方便的优点。

Abstract:In this paper,the information of three-dimensional superficial profile is obtained by the laser interference superficial profile instrument,but the precision of the X-Y horizontal direction is ensured firstly.After getting the information of three-dimensional superficial profile,the models of simulation are built,which are based on the technology of OpenGL,and the three-dimensional superficial profile is showed actually.Measuring the real superficial profile,the results show the models are more visual and convenient.
