摘    要:血液为非牛顿流体,其粘度变化与凝血机制密切相关.水溶性止血纺织材料为线型高分子聚合物,在溶解过程中,粘度受剪切应力及其他因素影响极大.本文从流变学的角度,研究了水溶性纺织材料与血液相互作用的机理,提出水溶性材料应具有吸水溶胀、产生较大粘度的特点,在吸血溶胀过程中,使血液变稠,减少血小板、红细胞的流失,并增加其碰撞的机会,促进血小板、红细胞的聚集和变形,从而启动换血瀑布反应.本文为该类产品的开发和应用提供依据.

Abstract:As blood is a kind of non-Newtonian fluid, its viscosity is closely related to tbe mechanism of blood coagulation. While water soluble hemostatic materials is a kind of linear high polymer, its viscosity is greatly affected by shearing stress and other factors during solvation. With rheology point of view, the mechanism of interaction between water soluble hemostatic materials and blood is studied using macroscopic and microcosmic method combined with in vivo and in vitro method. With the characteristics of water absorbing and swelling as well as higher viscosity, water soluble hemostatic materials can make blood thicker during blood absorbing and swelling. Thus the loss of thrombocyte and erythrocyte can be decreased and their collision opportunity can be increased. As a result tit will accelerate thrombocyte and erythrocyte's gathering and deforming, so the blood coagulation is available. On the basis of this mechanism, products design and their application can be offered.
