内燃机铸造铝合金活塞失效分析

摘    要:通过化学成分分析、断口扫描分析及金相组织分析等手段,对内燃机铸造铝合金活塞顶部破裂失效原因进行了分析.结果表明,材料内部存在的组织缺陷及大量的铁相夹杂是导致构件早期失效断裂的主要原因.

Abstract:The fracture failure reason of the casting aluminum pistons of internal combustion engines was analyzed by means of chemical composition analysis, SEM analysis and metallographic examination. The results showed that the microstructure defects and lots of Fe-phase inclusions in material were the main reasons which led to earlier failure of the workpiece.
