硅铝二元包膜金红石型二氧化钛的研究

摘    要:采用正交实验法,利用高分辨透射电镜及光电子能谱仪等检测手段对包膜后二氧化钛的白度、消色力及吸油量进行分析,对影响硅铝包膜的几个主要因素进行研究,得到了二氧化钛表面包覆SiO2及Al2O3的最优实验条件。研究结果表明:硅包膜时搅拌速度450 r/min,反应温度75~80℃,中和时间80~100 min,熟化时间90 min;铝包膜时搅拌速度500 r/min,反应温度60~65℃,终点pH 7~8,中和时间150~180 min,可以得到均匀、致密的硅铝氧化物包膜层。

Abstract:Using orthogonal experiment method, the coated titanium dioxide's whiteness, reducing power and oil absorption were analyzed by the use of high resolution transmission electron microscopy and photoemission spectrometer etc. detection means. Several main factors affecting the silicon and aluminum coated titanium dioxide were studied, the optimal experimental conditions were obtained. Research results showed that the uniformity and dense silicon aluminum oxide fihn could be got when silicon coating stirring speed was 450 r/min, reaction temperature was 75-80 ℃, neutralization time was 80-100 rain, aging time was 90 rain, and aluminum coating stirring speed was 500 r/min, reaction temperature was 60-65℃, the finish pH was 7-8, neutralization time was 150-180 rain.
