食用农产品质量安全现状、存在问题及政策建议

摘    要:对我国食用农产品质量安全现状进行概述,对现象背后隐藏的问题进行分析,发现监管格局本质未变、标准国际话语权不足、检测体系区域分布不均、法律规制不全面等问题较为突出;为此,对食用农产品质量安全政府规制所依托的载体和应遵循的技术路线设计提出相关建议。

Abstract:We summarized the status quo of quality and safety of edible agricultural products,and based on analyzing the problems behind the phenomenon,we found that the issues were more prominent including the unchanged nature of regulatory pattern,the lacking international power of standards,unevenly distributed regional detection system,and incomplete legal regulation.Finally,some suggestions were put up on the design of government regulation.
