复合乳化沥青的流变特性研究

摘    要:通过在不同温度下测定乳化剂含量,不同的复合乳化沥青的粘度,系统分析了乳化沥青的流变特性、粘温性能以及剪切速率对乳液表观粘度的影响。结果表明,乳化沥青A的流变曲线显示出塑性非牛顿流体特性,且十八烷基三甲基氯化铵含量越高越呈现出宾汉塑性流体的性能;乳化沥青的粘度对温度敏感,剪切速率对粘温曲线影响较小,乳化剂含量对粘温曲线影响则较为显著。

Abstract:Rheological property of asphalt emulsion,the relationship between viscosity and temperature,and the effect of shear rate on apparent viscosity of emulsion are researched by detecting viscosities of complex emulsified asphalt with different contents of asphalt emulsifier at different temperatures.The results have been shown that the higher content of octadecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride,the more obvious Bingham fluid performance of asphalt emulsion A.The viscosity of emulsion is sensitive to temperature,and shear rate has a little impact on viscosity-temperature curve,but the content of emulsifiers affects is obviously.
