摘    要:分析了高速电弧涂层的结合强度、涂层显微硬度以及涂层孔隙率,并与普通电弧喷涂涂层对比,证明喷涂粒子飞行速度的提高,极大提高了涂层性能。

Abstract:Bonding strength,microhardness and porosity of the high speed arc sprayed coating are analyzed in this paper. Compared with common arc sprayed coating, it is proved that property of the sprayed coating get overt increase with the increase of flying speed of spraying particle.
