摘    要:硅热法炼镁过程的还原反应为缩核反应,球团在加热时,传热与内部化学反应构成了联合机制。各反应条件是重要因素.为了获得最佳的镁的产出率与硅的利用率,那么还原反应的条件的梯度就是关键中的关键,通过试验研究,我们确立了这些参数的梯度。

Abstract:The reduction reaction of making magnesium with siliconthermic process is a reaction of nucleus contraction. Combined system is formed of heat transfer and internal chemical reaction as briquette is heated. Reaction conditions are crucial to obtain optimum yield rate of magnesium and availability of silicon in which the gradient of reaction conditions is the most important. We set up the gradient of the parameters though study and test.
