摘    要:介绍了空调系统中材料的相容性试验方法,并对密封用玻璃管、试验材料、抽真空等8个影响因素进行了分析,同时提出了相应的改进措施。经过几年的试验积累,改进后的相容性试验方法已经在本企业进行推广,并建立了相应的评价方法和标准,成为企业内对空调压缩机系统用材料的评价、筛选和研发的有效手段之一。

Abstract:The method to test the materials compatibility in air-conditioning was introduced. The eight influential factors were analyzed, such as sealed tubes, materials, vacuuming. Then some measures were put forward to improve the glass tube test method. The improved method had been popularized in our company after exercised for several years, and then the methods and standards of evaluation to materials compatibility testing was formed and as one of vital methods, it has been used to materials appraisal, choosing, researching and developing.
