摘    要:电动潜油螺杆泵从根本上排除了有杆螺杆泵在原油开采中的抽油杆断脱和在深井、斜井中使用受到限制的问题,而且也克服了潜油电动离心泵输送稠油效率低的缺陷,具有水力损失少、不易砂卡,不易产生气锁、泵传送液体的范围种类较宽、井口无泄漏、无噪音、日常管理简单等优点,尤其适合海上平台采油.介绍了电动潜油螺杆泵的结构和工作原理,论述了电动潜油螺杆泵在埕岛海上应用的选井条件、配套技术、施工要点等.通过2口典型井的现场应用情况,对其应用效果进行分析,进一步证明了该工艺技术在海上油田应用的优越性.

Abstract:The electrical submersible progressive cavity pump (ESPCP) can not only radically eliminate some problems such as the sucker rod pump's application limits in deviating and deep wells or the breaking of suck rod while working in high viscosity wells, but also overcome the low efficiency of the submersible pump when feeding high viscosity oil. Because of its special features such as low hydraulic loss, hardly sand blocking and gas locking, wide range of transformed well fluids, no leakage and noise near the wellhead, and simple management, the PCP is more suitable for offshore platform oil production. The paper introduces its design and mechanism, and discusses its applications in Chengdao Oilfield, primary reasons of adopting the ESPCP technique, supporting techniques, technical considerations, etc. The applications cases in two wells are given along with the application analyses. Which further proves its advantages in offshore oilfields.
