摘    要:本文以种子乳液聚合的方法合成了聚硅氧烷接枝聚丙烯酸酯微乳液,用红外光谱(IR)进行结构表征,用电子显微镜(TEM)测定乳液的粒径。结果表明乳液粒径小、分布均匀、涂层薄,涂模性能得到提高。

Abstract:Graft copolymer micro-emulsion of polyacrylate and polysiloxane had been prepared through seeded emulsion polymerization, its structure was characterized by IR. The particle size was determined through TEM photographing. The results showed that the size of emulsion particle was small (<100nm) and uniformly-distributed. And the properties of the graft emulsion coatings were improved compared with acrylic resin emulsion coatings.
