硬沥青改性聚丙烯材料的研究

采用熔融共混方法,用高软化点硬沥青对聚丙烯进行改性。力学测试表明:硬沥青的加入使聚丙烯的冲击强度得到大幅度提高,但拉伸强度有一定程度下降;DSC测试表明:硬沥青的加入使PP的结晶度下降;扫描电镜微观证实,均匀分散的硬沥青使聚丙烯从脆性材料过渡到韧性材料,这是聚丙烯材料冲击强度提高的原因。

Study on Modification of Polypropylene by Hard Asphalt

Polypropylene(PP)was modified by melt-mixing method,and using high softening point hard asphalt.The mechanical properties experimental results indicated that the impact strength of the composite polypropylene increased markedly,while the tensile strength decreased.The result of DSC showed that adding hard asphalt reduced the crystallinity of PP.The morphology of the blending was characterized by scanning electron microscope.The well dispersed hard asphalt was the reason for the increase of the impact strength.
