电力系统频率的自适应测量

摘    要:本文提出了一种电力系统频率测量的新方法,所提出的方法计算简单,快速.通过自适应采样技术使频率测量的精度得到了很大的提高,仿真试验表明,该方法在△f小于50HZ范围内都能正确测量频率,测量误差小于0.0005Hz.

Abstract:A new method for measuring power system frequency is presented in this paper. The calculation of the method is simple and fast. The accuracy of measurement is raised highly by adaptive sampling. The simulation test show that the method can measure the frequen- ey correctly when change of frequency is less than 50Hz and the measurement error is less than 0.0005Hz.
