| 摘 要： | 根据供应链协同的内涵,整体上以信息共享、同步决策和激励联盟作为协同的研究维度,同时借鉴组织协调的三元结构机制,建立了信息共享的3个影响因素模型,即信任、权力和激励机制。应用结构方程模型的方法,经过对161例制造企业供应链的实证研究,结果表明企业间信任与激励联盟相互紧密关联,共同作用于信息共享和同步决策;而权力(非强制性)和信任与激励联盟没有明显相关性,而且只对信息共享有直接作用,与同步决策没有直接作用。同时,信息共享对同步决策有显著的正向影响,并通过同步决策改善供应链运作绩效。
