摘    要:基于Mach-Zehnder干涉仪光纤温度与位移传感器的理论、方案和相关技术,利用光谱漂移直接测量的信号检测方法,实现了温度和位移的传感.实验结果表明:温度传感器其传感臂的有效长度大于0.49 cm时,灵敏度随传感臂在温度场中长度的增加而增加,且二者具有很好的线性关系.在位移传感器的传感测量中,灵敏度与传感臂有效长度有线性变化关系,在有效归一化位移量大于a.u./6.5时,其灵敏度达到饱和.

Abstract:The principle, precept and related technology based on Mach-Zehnder interferometer were studied in this paper. The temperature and displacement were sensed by detecting the signal of transmission spectrum directly. The conclusion of the temperature sensor shows that the sensitivity increases with the increase of valid length of sensing arm when it is longer than 0. 49 cm, and the linear relationship is quite well. There is linear relation of the valid length of sensing arm and sensitivity in displacement sensor. The sensitivity is saturated when the uniformization displacement is longer than a. u. /6. 5.
