摘    要:针对目前检测脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇(DON)的常用方法在检出时间或者灵敏度上都存在不足的问题,研究制备出了羧基修饰的核壳结构上转换荧光纳米颗粒,并与DON单克隆抗体偶联,应用于试纸对DON进行定量检测.对麦片中DON含量的最低检测限为0.7 ng/mL.半抑制浓度为9 ng/mL,检测范围为0.7~50.0 ng/mL,回归率在90%~156,.本研究基于上转换免疫层析技术成功建立了一种快速灵敏的检测DON的方法,可为其他包括毒素类的兽药残留检测提供借鉴.

Abstract:The common methods of detection deoxynivalenol ( DON ) are limited to time-consuming or lower sensitivity. The carboxyl modification of core/shell structure up-converting nanoparticles was produced and conjugated to anti-DON antibodies, and then applied in lateral flow strip to detection DON. The detection of limitation in cornmeal was 0. 7 ng/mL. The 50% of inhibit concentration was 9 ng/mL. The detection range was from 0. 7 to 50 ng/mL and the recovery rates were from 90% to 156 %. The study has developed method for detecting DON rapidly and sensitively based on up-converting immunochromatographic technology, which can also provided reference to the detection of veterinary residues.
