| 摘 要： | 后评价是工程建设项目中一个重要环节。建筑节能是当今社会重点关注的问题。目前,我国针对建筑节能项目的后评价研究才处于起步阶段。参照我国工程建设项目后评价的方法,结合建筑节能的特点,对建筑节能项目过程后评价的评价内容及评价指标进行了研究,并构建了评价指标体系,望能以此推动我国建筑节能后评价的发展。
