摘    要:综述了粉末注射成形技术的工艺特点、技术现状以及在硬质合金异型产品制备中的应用,分析了钨钴硬质合金注射成形过程中存在的缺陷控制、碳含量控制、尺寸精度控制和提高制品力学性能等难点问题并给出了相应的的解决方法.并对硬质合金注射成形技术的发展方向和前景进行了展望.

Abstract:In this paper,the characteristics of this technology and its applications to the cemented carbides are re-viewed.the main factors affecting t he properties and dimensions of PIM C emented Carbide parts are analysed.It is proposed that special powders and new binders as well as carbon controlli ng technology should be developed in order to get cemented carbide parts with hi gh performance and good dimension accuracy.
