多色经像景织物组织规范化设计

针对多色经像景织物及其组织结构特点、组织与经纬色纱的配合问题，制定一套独特组织结构命名规则，利用这一套组织结构命名规则，创新性地将复杂的多层像景织物组织分解成三种规范化基本结构并进行规范化设计；通过规范化基本结构分析，提出了多色经像景织物组织渐变过渡的表现方法和组织过渡顺序，分析了多色经像景在生产中出现的诸如“血丝”问题的经路疵点原因并提出解决方法。这一套组织结构命名规则和基本结构简化了多色经像景织物组织有针对性的设计过程，为多色经多色纬织像景织物的组织库建立以及为数码化创新设计多色经像景织物提供了技术支持。

Standardized weave designing of multicolored warp woven photographs

Due to the complex arrangement of the colored weft and warp yarns and special structure of the woven photograph fabric, a standardized method to simplify the fabric structure is crucial during the design of the fabric. A standardized method which simplifies the multi-layer photograph fabric into three standard basic structures is introduced in this paper. By using these standard basic structures, the “transition” effects in the photograph fabric is obtained successfully and the “red strips” defects on the fabric during production is analyzed and solved. This standardized methods and simplified structures provide mechanism and help develop the structure database for photograph fabric design.
