纺织纤维的弯曲疲劳理论及其应用

摘    要:为了更加真实地了解纤维的使用性能,合理利用纺织纤维,本文根据现阶段对纺织纤维疲劳机理的研究,部分总结了关于纺织纤维弯曲疲劳的一些研究方法和研究装置。目前对柔性纤维弯曲疲劳的研究,主要有应力寿命(S-N)法、能量法和高聚物疲劳理论,这些对于纺织材料的弯曲疲劳研究都发挥着极其重要的作用。同时,随着理论方法的发展,相应的弯曲疲劳仪器也有了很多的改进。结合现代一些专业软件的开发应用,纤维疲劳研究的内容和方法越来越方便和真实,这些都有效促进了纺织纤维弯曲疲劳的研究发展。

Abstract:Based on the current research on the fiber fatigue mechanism, some related research methods and devices on the fiber bending fatigue were summarized partially in this paper. These results are very useful which can help us to have more knowledge of some textile fibers and use them more reasonably. There is stress life (S-N) method, energy method and polymer fatigue theory about the flexible fiber bending fatigue. These theories play the important role extremely in bending fatigue research. Along with the development of the theories, the corresponding bending fatigue instrument also had a lot of improvements. Combined with some modern professional software application, the fiber fatigue research contents and methods are more and more convenient and true. These effectively promote the research of the textile fiber bending fatigue.
