玄武岩纤维土工格栅与沥青黏结性

摘    要:玄武岩纤维是非结晶态无机纤维,表面光滑的圆柱形实体纤维。玄武岩纤维土工格栅与沥青之间是简单的包覆,两者之间结合力较差。本文通过在对玄武岩纤维成分结构进行分析基础上,采用硅烷偶联剂(KH550、KH570)、铝锆偶联剂(TL-1、TL-6)对玄武岩纤维土工格栅片进行表面处理,将土工格栅片在液态沥青中短暂浸泡后进行水浸实验分析,得出玄武岩土工格栅片经过硅烷偶联剂KH570处理后,其与沥青的黏结性很好,等级达到5级。

Abstract:The basalt fiber is a kind of non crystalline inorganic and a smooth surface of cylindrical solid fiber. The bonding force is poor between the basalt fiber geogrid with asphalt and it’s a simple coating. In the base of the basalt fiber component structure analysis the surface of geogrid tablets was treated with silane coupling agent (KH550、KH570) and aluminum zirconium coupling agent (TL-1、TL-6. the geogrid tablets is short time immersed in the liquid asphalt and then take the water immersion test analysis. It can be concluded that the bonding degree can reach level 5 which was treated with silane coupling agent KH570.
